1. GENERAL. This site is operated by [COMPANY], Chile ('MUSGO'). By purchasing you accept these terms.

2. MADE ON DEMAND. Garments are produced after payment confirmation. Production takes 3–7 business days plus the shipping time shown at checkout. For presale products, the estimated delivery date is shown on the product page.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT. International payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Orders are confirmed only upon payment.

4. WITHDRAWAL. Statutory withdrawal rights under Chilean law (Ley 19.496) apply to Chilean consumers. International consumer rights may vary by jurisdiction.

5. WARRANTY. Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from purchase: repair, replacement or refund at your choice.

6. LIABILITY. MUSGO is not liable for carrier delays, though we actively manage every incident.
