Returns & Exchanges

1. DEFECTS. If your garment arrives with a defect, you have 6 months to choose replacement, repair or refund. Write to us with your order number and photos.

2. WITHDRAWAL. Standard catalog garments may be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order items with explicit personalization are excluded.

3. SIZE EXCHANGES. One size exchange per order within 30 days, subject to availability. Shipping costs are shared.

4. HOW TO START. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number (TR-…). We reply within 2 business days.
